Amy Weiler December 1, 1964-September 28, 2015 Amy Weiler, 50, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Monday September 28, 2015 at Franciscan St. Anthony Hospice in Michigan City, IN. She was born December 1, 1964 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Robert Weiler and Linda Faye (Clark) Weiler. Amy loved her pets, she enjoyed Starbuck's fraps, television and the game candy crush. She was blessed with close friends who helped her though the cancer fight, including Lynn and Lynne. Amy was a proud mother of two cool kids. She is survived by her two sons, Joshua Smith of La Porte, IN, and Matthew (Kelli) Smith of Indianapolis, IN, father, Robert Weiler of LaPorte, IN.; brother, Darren W. Weiler of Redondo Beach, CA; sister, Beth Anne Weiler of Fort Wayne, IN; Aunt Sherry; Uncle Dave (Shurla) Clark of St. Augustine, FL.; The Shaughnessy Cousins, and The South Bend Weiler's. Amy was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Fay Weiler. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Crossroads Christian Center, 311 Roosevelt St. LaPorte, IN. 46350, on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Michael Johnson officiating. A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held after the ceremony at the Buffalo Wild Wings in LaPorte at 3:00 pm.
