Ann M. Dolph November 25, 1938-September 25, 2015 Ms. Ann M. Dolph, 76, of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Friday September 25, 2015 at Franciscan Communities Hospice in Michigan City, IN. She was born November 25, 1938 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Edward Beam and Shirley (Schafer) Beam. Ann graduated from La Porte High School in 1957. In 1965 she moved out to Marysville WA. She had worked as a waitress for many years, she also worked at the VA Hospital in Bremerton, Washington. After retirement she became a caregiver taking care of several elderly couples in a retirement village in Smoky Point, WA. Ann loved to go hunting and fishing with her husband, Clint. Ann also cooked for a crew on a large commercial fishing boat in Alaska with her husband, Clint. Ann loved to do outdoor work, gardening, landscaping and loved hot rod/sporty cars. She belonged to a women's group that knitted and crocheted baby caps for newborns. Ann was a very out going person, she was always willing to help others in need. On February 25, 1980, in Marysville, WA, she married Clint Dolph who preceded in death December 18, 2011. She is survived by her two sons, Roy (Pamala) McNeal Sr of Michigan City, IN, Don Bowen of Yakima, WA; daughter, Shelley A. Bowen of Yakima, WA; eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; three brothers, Dale (Monica) Beam of Terre Haute, IN, Lauren (Nancy) Beam of Sunnyside, AZ, Terry Beam of Knox, IN; sister, Sharon (Arnold) Mcllquham of La Porte, IN; brother in law, Gerald Krcilek of La Porte, IN; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband and one sister, Marlene Krcilek. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave. A graveside service will be held at Pine Lake Cemetery, Wednesday September 30, 2015 at 11:00 am with Rev. Bill Barnes officiating. Burial of Ashes will follow. Memorial contributions may be made to the Franciscan Communities St. Anthony Hospice.
