Carla Cay Adams October 16, 1969-September 27, 2015 Mrs. Carla Cay Adams, 45, of Rolling Prairie, Indiana, passed away Sunday September 27, 2015 at her home. She was born October 16, 1969 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Jack Buehrer and Shirley (James) Buehrer. Carla was a member of First Church of God. She loved cats and spending time with her family. Carla liked natural disaster movies and watching T.V., specially old classic sitcoms. On April 17, 2003, in Houston, TX, she married Johnny Adams who survives. She is also survived by her brother, Scott Buehrer of Rolling Prairie, IN. Carla was preceded in death by her parents. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN A life celebration will be held for Carla and her father Jack Buehrer at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Saturday October 10, 2015 at 10:00 am with Pastor David Adams officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, October 9, 2015, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and Saturday, October 10, 2015, from 9:00 am until time of the service.
