Constance Dunn January 27, 1941-December 18, 2013 Ms. Constance Dunn , 72, of LaPorte, IN (formerly of Chicago, Il), died Wednesday December 18, 2013 at the Golden Living Center-Countryside in LaPorte, IN. She was born January 27, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Frank Sarbieski and Pauline (Myszkowski) Sarbieski. Constance had worked as a waitress for 20 plus years, retiring in 2003. She was a member of Saint Florian Church 13145 S. Houston Ave Chicago, IL 60633. Constance loved playing Bingo, watching judge and cop shows and Criminal Minds tv show. On November 5, 1960, in Chicago, IL, she married Philip Jagielski who preceded her in death March 30, 1982. She is survived by her 2 daughters - Barbara Poninski of Green Bay, WI, Rose Stevenson of Rolling Prairie, IN; son - James Jagielski of Chicago, IL; eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; 2 sisters - Katherine Bless, Rose Nowak, and brother - Bernard Sarbieski. Constance was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, daughter, Rita Stahl, son, Philip Jagielski, brother, Frank Sarbieski, Jr., 2 sisters, Pauline Finlon, and Frances Bryce. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Constance wishes were to have her body donated to science.
