Frances Ruth Grisamore September 15, 1938-December 18, 2013 Frances Ruth Grisamore, 75, of LaPorte, IN (formerly of Walkerton, Indiana), died Wednesday December 18, 2013 at Golden Living Center-Countryside in LaPorte, IN. She was born September 15, 1938 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Wilbur J. Huge and Dora (Felten) Huge. Frances had worked for 10 years at Michiana Industries, retiring in 1994. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. On January 9, 1965, in Hazel Crest, IL, she married Kenneth D. Grosamore who preceded her in death September 11, 1975. She is survived by her daughter - Lynn M Mrotek of Hartland, WI; son - Kevin D. (Laurie) Grisamore of Grove City, OH; 7 grandchildren; 6 sisters - Bertha Schoof of LaPorte, IN, Lydia M. Livinghouse of La Porte, IN, Doris Martensen of Cassopolis, MI, Carolyn Snider of Attica, IN, Carol (DeVon) Jesswein of New Carlisle, IN, Wilma (George) Glasshagel of Oxford, OH. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 2 sisters, Erma Dial, and Betty Bracken. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 12:00 pm, until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Saturday December 21, 2013 at 1:30 pm with Rev. Ronald A. Brauer officiating. Interment will follow at the Patton Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
