Karol K. Hanna October 31, 1937-November 16, 2015 Karol K. Hanna, 78, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Monday November 16, 2015 at LaPorte Hospital. She was born October 31, 1937 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Harold Rensberger and Floy (Wilfong) Rensberger. Karol had worked at House of Fara for 38 1/2 years, and had worked at Indiana Molding for 5 years, retiring in 2000. She loved gardening, flowers, and traveling, she also enjoyed college and pro basketball. Karol especially loved her home and her family and friends. On September 23, 1956, in Mill Creek, IN, she married Gary Hanna who survives. She is also survived by her two nephews, Jody (Pam) Rensberger, and Kevin Rensberger; two great-nephews, Cody Rensberger, Cyle Rensberger, and great niece, Dakota Kennedy. Karol was preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Karen K. Hanna, two brothers, Harold D. Rensberger, Darwin Rensberger. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. There will be no visitation. A Graveside Service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery, Saturday November 21, 2015 at 10:00 am with Rev. Ronald Devenport officiating.
