Kenneth Beehler

Kenneth E Beehler, 72, of Kingsbury, IN, died Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Golden Living Center Fountainview in LaPorte. He was born December 28, 1938 in South Bend, Indiana, the son of Floyd Beehler and Alice (Kerr) Beehler. Kenneth worked as a truck driver for nine years at Maple City Trucking, retiring May 11, 1998. On October 24, 1974, in Knox, IN, he married Lyda (Jones) Beehler who has preceded. He is survived by his daughter - Laura Garber of La Porte, IN; 3 step-sons - Robert Ashton of Plymouth, IN, David Ashton of Indianapolis, IN, Wayne Ashton of NC; 5 grandchildren, Chris Beehler, Rachel Eichelberg, Kelly McGinnis, Cassie Beehler and Toni Beehler; 2 great grandchildren, Ryan and Evan; two sisters, Linda Beehler, Kim Woods and three brothers, Gerald Beehler, John Beehler and Phillip Severs. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, wife, one son, Dale Beehler and one grandaughter, Jill McGinnis. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind.
