Mary L Rausch March 19, 1922-September 15, 2015 Mrs. Mary L Rausch, 93, of LaPorte, Indiana, passed away, Tuesday September 15, 2015 at Golden Living Center-Countryside in LaPorte, IN. She was born March 19, 1922 in Michigan City, Indiana, the daughter of Joseph Murphy and Mary (Holsophel) Murphy. Mary was a homemaker and worked many miscellaneous jobs. She loved to sing and dance. Mary attended all the festivals in the area and an expert in Bingo. She dearly loved her children and loved to get out and visit with friends. She is survived by her two daughters, Janice Adams of Michigan City, IN, Carla (Kraig) Marchbanks-McKee of Indianapolis, IN; four sons, Barry (Lou Ann) Biederstadt of La Porte, IN, Christopher (Iris) Rausch of Altus, OK, Randy Rausch of Indianapolis, IN, Michael (Kandice) Rausch of Hampton, VA; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren, and a sister, Wilma Loetz of Michigan City, IN. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and four brothers. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Monday, September 21, 2015, from 8:00 am, until time of service. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Monday September 21, 2015 at 10:00 am with Father Eduardo Malagon, officiating.
