Patricia A. Boggs March 3, 1945-May 12, 2014 Mrs. Patricia A. Boggs, 69, of La Porte, Indiana, died Monday May 12, 2014 at Indiana University Health La Porte Hospital. She was born March 3, 1945 in Lacrosse, Wisconsin, the daughter of Harold Long and Dorothy (Campbell) Long. Patricia was a school bus driver for LaPorte Community Schools for 21 years, she called her children that rode her bus the "Little Darlings". Patricia loved to cook, collecting recipes, and traveling. She enjoyed her girl time with her best friend Nikki Tuholski, they loved to experience different restaurants. Patricia loved her dog "Sadie Susan", she especially loved her family. She was married 37 years to Lawrence Boggs, who survives in Cornishville, Kentucky. She is survived by her son, David (Amie) Boggs of San Diego, CA, and daughter, Melissa Boggs (Chris Standefer) of Indianapolis, IN., one grandchild, Samuel Boggs, and one sister, Nancy (Timothy) Brown of LaPorte, IN. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Linda Combs Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN There will be no visitation.
