Randall L. Halter August 22, 1952 - March 9, 2016 Randall L. Halter age 62 of Rolling Prairie, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Halter; son, Sam (Kim) Halter; grandchildren, Brittini (Aaron) Johnson and Ryan Biederstadt; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Jeff (Cathy) Halter and sister, Tammy (Kevin) Smith; many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Preceded in death by his father, William Halter. Randy was a loving son, father and grandfather and will be truly missed by all whose lives he touched.
