Robert A. Wiltfong November 28, 1957-December 7, 2017 Robert A. Wiltfong, 60, of Michigan City, Indiana, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Hospice Franciscan Communities in Michigan City, Indiana. He was born November 28, 1957 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Robert M. Wiltfong and Marcia (Salzer) Fullerton. Robert worked as a laborer at Blocksom and Co. in Michigan City and was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church of La Porte. He enjoyed coaching little league baseball, bowling, going to the movies and attending Neil Diamond concerts. On October 6, 2001, in La Porte, Indiana, he married Tracy (Nieman) Wiltfong who survives in Michigan City, Indiana. He is also survived by his son, Steven (Ashley) Wiltfong of La Porte, IN; daughter, Stephanie (Chris) Anderson of La Porte, IN; three step-daughters, Cindy (Chris) Orman of Michigan City, IN, Stephanie (Carl) Doyle of Rolling Prairie, IN, Jennifer Comer of La Porte, IN, step-son, Michael Comer of Decatur, IL; twin-brother, Richard (Chris) Wiltfong of La Porte, IN; brother, Thomas (Deborah) Wiltfong of La Porte, IN; uncle, William Wiltfong of La Porte, IN; aunt, Beamer (Bill) Flatt of La Porte, IN; 8 - grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Marcia Fullerton. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. The family will receive friends Monday, December 11, 2017, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm. at Bethany Lutheran Church, 102 G St., La Porte, Indiana 46350. A life celebration will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church, Monday December 11, 2017 at 6:00 pm with Rev. Dennis Meyer officiating.
