Tammy M. Caufield October 10, 1972-April 6, 2015 Tammy M. Caufield, 42, of LaPorte, Indiana, died Monday April 6, 2015 at her home. She was born October 10, 1972 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Albert Sanchez, Jr and Janyce (Ridley) Sanchez. She is survived by her mother, Janyce Sanchez of LaPorte; three sons, Kalvin Timm of La Porte, IN, Kevin Timm of La Porte, IN, and Kyle Timm of La Porte, IN; one daughter, Autumn Timm of La Porte, IN; one sister, Michelle Sobolewski of La Porte, IN, and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Tammy was preceded in death by her father and grandparents. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Thursday, April 9, 2015, from 3:30 pm, until time of service. A Memorial Service will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Thursday April 9, 2015 at 4:00 pm with Pastor Randy Cook officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family of Tammy M.
