Edward Wroblewski

Edward J. Wroblewski October 26, 1942-March 6, 2019 Edward J. Wroblewski, 76, of La Porte, IN, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at LaPorte Hospital. He was born October 26, 1942 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of George Wroblewski Sr. and Susan (Mark) Wroblewski. Edward served in the National Guard from 1963-1969. He retired after working for Howmet for 12 years. He was also the owner/operator of Ed Auto Body in La Porte. Edward enjoyed watching NASCAR, working on cars, and going fishing. On May 27, 1967, in La Porte, Indiana, he married Sue Ann Galloway Wroblewski who survives. He is also survived by his three sons, Michael (Shannon) Wroblewski, David Wroblewski, Sr., Nathan Wroblewski; brother, George (Vera) Wroblewski; two sisters, Elaine (Tom) Cole, Mary Lou Haverstock; three grandchildren, David (Taylor) Wroblewski, Jake Wroblewski, Noah Wroblewski. Edward was preceded in death by both his parents. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Indiana. A life celebration will be held at Patton Cemetery, Saturday April 27, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Patton Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
