Miriam M. Bello January 21, 1931-May 21, 2017 Mrs. Miriam M. Bello, 86, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Sunday May 21, 2017 at Franciscan Communities Hospice in Michigan City, IN. She was born January 21, 1931 in Huntington, Indiana, the daughter of Glen Deeds and Ella (Pardue) Deeds and raised in Clinton IN by her foster parents Gene and Mable Bosonetto. Miriam enjoyed reading and shopping, and spending time with her family. On February 17, 1951, in Crown Point, IN, she married Nicholas A. Bello who preceded her in death August 31, 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Nikki (John) Zolman; son, John (Donna) Bello; four grandchildren, Kelly (Annelise) Bello, Nicholas (Corinda) Bello, Sunni (John) Kegebein, Christine (Juan) Santos; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; two sisters, Dorothy Keplinger, Margorie Brannon, and a brother, Samuel D. (Karen) Deeds. Miriam was preceded in death by her parents, husband and several brothers and sisters. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN where the family will receive friends Saturday, May 27, 2017, 9:00 am - 10:30 am. A life celebration will be held at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., Saturday May 27, 2017 at 10:30 am. Interment will follow at the Pinhook Cemetery, LaPorte, Indiana.
