Aileen Antrim-Pointon

Mrs. Aileen Antrim-Pointon, age 89, of La Porte, Ind., died Saturday, June 2, 2007, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born July 8, 1917 in Green Co. MO. to the late William Orsborn and the late Zona Drysdale Orsborn. She has lived in the LaPorte area most of her life. Mrs. Pointon was employed by American Rubber Inc. and the LaPorte Woolen Mills. She was a member of Salvation Army and Past President of the Golden Agers. On Oct. 13, 1934 in Tracy, IN she married William Roy Antrim who preceded Sept. 29, 1983. She remarried May 21, 1988 in Rolling Prairie, IN to Charles Pointon who preceded April 21, 1992. She is also survived by her Two Daughters, Mrs. Norma Richard Volstorf of La Porte, Ind., Miss Betty Antrim of La Porte, Ind.; One Sons, Son Mr. Paul Antrim of La Porte, Ind.; One Step-son Mr. Robert Pointon of La Porte, Ind.; Four grandchildren Vicky Dirks, Andrea Loomis, Steven Long, Jim Bennitt; Eight great-grandchildren; Three great-great grandchildren; and One Sister, Sister Mrs. Doris Sawyer of La Porte, Ind. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husbands, Three Sisters, Iris Rosentrater, Mary Rauschenbach, June Janisch; Two Brothers, Asa Orsborn and Raymond Orsborn. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, June 5, 2007 and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 6, 2007. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 6, 2007, Pastor Tim Williams officiating. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Mill Creek, Ind.
