Autumn Rose Timm

Autumn Rose Timm, age 22, a lifelong resident of LaPorte, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.

Born in LaPorte on December 8, 2003 to her mother Tammy (nee Sanchez) Caufield, Autumn grew up as the only sister among three brothers, a role that undoubtedly shaped the fun-loving, spirited, and one-of-a-kind personality she had. Family was at the center of her life, and she loved them deeply.

Autumn had a youthful outlook on life and a wonderful silly and goofy personality. She wasn't afraid to have fun, be herself, or make others laugh. Autumn loved to dance and especially enjoyed making TikTok dance videos, where her carefree spirit could shine. Those who knew her will remember the laughter she brought into a room and the way she could make ordinary moments more fun simply by being herself.

Creative by nature, Autumn enjoyed doodling and always seemed to have an artistic side waiting to be expressed. She was also fascinated by the art of tattooing and body modification, appreciating the creativity, individuality, and self-expression behind them. Autumn’s interests reflected the way she lived her life—with originality, curiosity, and a desire to express herself in her own unique way.

Autumn enjoyed working at Wing Stop, where her outgoing personality allowed her to form friendships with her coworkers. For her, work became more than a job; it was another place where she could laugh, connect with others, and build connections that were important to her.

Above all else, Autumn will be remembered for the love she had for her family. Beneath her goofy sense of humor and youthful spirit was a deeply loving heart. She treasured the people closest to her and found some of her greatest happiness simply being surrounded by those she loved.

Autumn’s life will be remembered through the laughter she inspired, the dances she danced, the art she created, the friendships she made, and the countless memories she leaves behind. Her playful spirit, creativity, individuality, and deep love for her family will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish Autumn’s precious memory are her grandmother: Janyce Sanchez; grandfather: Bruce Cunningham; brothers: Kalvin, Kevin, and Kyle (Abby Tindle) Timm; niece and nephew: Iris and Kaspian Timm; aunt: Michelle Sobolewski; uncle: Charles Timm; cousins: Jessica Payne and her children: Tristian and Isla, Robert Payne and his children: Abel, Bryce, Cyra, and Deegan, and Nichole (Maria aka “Cookies”) Payne and their children: Dorian, Mina, and Nico; her beloved tuxedo cat: Smokey; and many other bonus family members and friends who were lucky to know her.

Autumn was preceded in death by her mother: Tammy and her cousin: Amber Payne.
