Betty Igou, 67, of Scottsburg, IN, passed away Sunday March 8, 2020 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN.

She was born December 20, 1952 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Elizabeth Albertson.

Betty was a Christian and loved God. The things she enjoyed in life were her family most of all, being in the outdoors, and gardening, planting and growing flowers. During the holidays she was known for her cooking and baking skills especially when it came to pies.

She is survived by two sons, Lance Igou, Dexter Igou; two brothers, John, Rick; four sisters, Judy, Debbie, Roberta, Marsha; grandchild, Cadin.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents and several children.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Services time are incomplete at this time but Betty will be buried at the Oak Grove Cemetery Mill Creek, IN.
