Delores Stewart

Ms. Delores J. Hunt Stewart, age 75, of La Porte, Ind., died Friday, January 12, 2007, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born January 11, 1932 in LaPorte, IN to late Herbert Hunt and the late Hannah Prestin Hunt. Ms. Stewart lived most of her life in the LaPorte area. Ms. Stewart was employed by VNA Home Service as a Clerk, retiring in 1999. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was also a member of Women Guild at Trinity Lutheran Church. She was a Golden Warrior, and a member of the Daughters of the Revelutions. She is also survived by her One Daughter, Mr. AprilJames Wiedeman of Rineyville, Ky. Three Sons, Mr. ToddPatricia Stewart of LaPorte, IN, Mr. DaneRollene Stewart of Wynantskill, N.Y. Mr. Chad MicheleStewart of Jacksonville, Fla. One Sister, Mrs. Lida Mae Gandrisovits of Rolling Prairie, Ind. She had Eleven grandchildren and Eleven great-grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, January 14, 2007, and from 9:00AM Monday January 15, 2007 at the Trinity Lutheran Church. Funeral service will be at Trinity Lutheran Church at 10:00 AM Monday, January 15, 2007 , with Rev. Joseph Loftis officiating. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Mill Creek, Ind.
