Geraldine Hamilton

Mrs. Geraldine M. Hamilton, age 84, of Mill Creek, Ind., died 11:08 PM Saturday, February 17, 2007, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born September 22, 1922 in Michigan City, Ind. to the late Frank Krumkowski and the late Blanche Longan Krumkowski. She has lived in the Mill Creek area all of her life. Mrs. Hamilton was a homemaker and was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church. She enjoyed being around people, she was active in the church, until she became ill and was a former member of the Lionettes of Mill Creek. She is survived by her Daughter, Sharon Taylor of Homosassa, Fla.; Two Sons, Mr. Roland Landa Hamilton of Mill Creek, Ind., Mr. Richard Diana Hamilton of Mill Creek, Ind.; Five grandchildren Lisa Mowbray, Scott Hamilton, Todd Hamilton, Jeffrey Patton, Krystal Patton and Nine great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Parents, One Grandchild Carrie Lynn Hamilton, Two Brothers, One Sister and One Step-Sister. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, February 20, 2007 and from 10:00 AM Wednesday until time of the service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 21, 2007, Rev. Ronald Devenport officiating. Interment will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Mill Creek, Ind.
