Henry Stelter, 79, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Friday, August 14, 2020 at Golden Living Center in La Porte, IN.

He was born September 14, 1940 in Bridgman, Michigan, the son of Henry Stelter Sr.and Hulda (Krieger) Stelter.

Born and raised in Michigan, Henry was a carpenter in construction for most of his life.

He is survived by his brother, Richard Stelter of Bridgman, MI; sister Emily Cast; and a niece Judy Spalding.

Henry was preceded in death by his parents.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. No services are scheduled at this time, cremation has taken place.
