Jack Wright

Mr. Jack Waldon Wright, age 71, of Michigan City, Ind., died Friday, September 21, 2007, at Decedent's Residence in Michigan City, Ind. He was born June 21, 1936, in Ozona, FL, to the late Ted Wright and the late Ethel Ridge Wright, who has preceded. Also preceded are two brothers, Mr. Charlie Wright, Mr. Paul Wright. On December 13, 1986 in Northport, Washington, he married Norine Ellen Shaffer, who survives. Mr. Wright was employed by State of Florida as a Mechanic, and was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints. He Enjoyed fishing, classic western movies, wood working, enjoyed having books read to him, loved gardening, enjoyed hiking in the mountains in Washington, loved oil painting exhibits. He was a trophy winning bowler, loved watching wrestling on TV. He was a Great Father and a very loving family man. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Norine Ellen Wright, of Michigan City, IN, Five Daughters, Patricia E. McCoy of Saint Petersburg, Fla, Kimberly "Charli" Drake of Saint Petersburg, Fla. Amy Clark Streicher of Bridgeman, Mich, Jennifer Delgrosso of Saint Petersburg, Fla, Cindy Drake of Saint Petersburg, Fla, Four Sons, Douglas T. Wright of Clearwater, Fla, Reigel Donna Fetterman of Myrtle Beach, S.C, Dennis Fetterman of Michigan City, Ind, Jack W. Wright, Jr. of Clearwater, Fla, Twenty One grandchildren, Four great-grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, September 26, 2007, and from 9:00 AM until time of service, Thursday, September 27, 2007. Funeral service will be at Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 27, 2007 , with President Bruce Lee Reyes and Mr. Roy McNeal, Funeral Celebrant officiating.
