Jackie Krout

Mr. Jackie Krout, 53, of 2907 Oakdale, LaPorte, Indiana passed away Saturday May 29, 2004 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center Plymouth, Indiana. He was a life long resident of LaPorte. Born April 9, 1951 in LaPorte to James and Dorothy Eskridge Krout who preceded. Mr. Krout married Mary Kuta in July 11, 1981 in LaPorte, who survives. He worked for Security Inc. for 10 years and enjoyed camping. Also surviving with his wife is four sons; James Krout of Baytown, Texas, Russell Lynn Krout of Norton, Virginia, Jason Krout and Donald Lane both of LaPorte, three daughters; Ann Phil Helvie of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Talina Roscoe Turner of LaPorte, Rebecca Krout of LaPorte, two brothers: Ricky Linda Krout andTom Patty Krout both of LaPorte, three sisters; Alice Bob Bartmess Sandy Joseph both of LaPorte, Harrietta Phillips of Wisconsin. Also surviving are 23 grandchildren. He was preceded by his parents and one sister Naida Hunt. A funeral will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday June 2, 2004 at Haverstock Funeral Home with Rev. Bruce Elkins officiating. Friends may call Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House, Indianapolis, Indiana.
