Kathleen Johnson

Kathleen J. Johnson January 16, 1958-July 18, 2018 Mrs. Kathleen J. Johnson, 60, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in La Porte. She was born January 16, 1958 in La Grange, Illinois, the daughter of Phillip Frye and Helen (LaMarsche) Frye. Kathleen was a home health nurse. She had a great sense of humor and loved her family very much. On June 20, 1981, in La Porte, she married James L. Johnson who survives. She is also survived by her son, John (Anita) Johnson; daughter, Kelly (Lee) Joseph; sister, Mary Ann Carr, four brothers, Joe Frye, Phil Frye, Tim Frye, Bill Frye; grandchildren, Nevaeh Johnson, Angelina Johnson, Malikai Joseph, Makayla Joseph, Maximus Joseph. Kathleen was also like a grandmother to many including, Joseph Johnson, Trenton Johnson, Abigail Hayes, Arayah and AJ Rangel, Xzayvier and Natalya Wilson and Aidan Reyes. Kathleen was preceded in death by both her parents; two brothers, Tom Frye and John Frye.
