Christina Lynn Mrozinski
March 13, 1968 - July 2, 2025
Christina Lynn Mrozinski, a vibrant soul who loved fiercely and lived fully, passed away on July 2, 2025, at her residence. Born on March 13, 1968, in La Porte, Indiana, Christina brought joy, laughter, and love to everyone who knew her.
Christina was devoted above all to her beloved daughter, Brittany Epley, who was the light of her life. Her love was powerful and unconditional-she loved hard and without reservation. Christina was equally dedicated to her mother, Helga Brennan, honoring their special bond throughout her life.
A free spirit with a passion for rock and roll music, Christina was the life of the party. She loved to get dressed up and “dialed-up” (as she loved to say) for a night on the town. She loved to have fun and surround herself with friends, creating memories filled with laughter and good times. If the music wasn’t loud, you weren’t partying like “Chrissy Vicious.”
Christina also had a unique aesthetic that reflected her bold personality. As a homemaker, Christina found satisfaction in creating a warm, welcoming environment for those she loved. She loved decorating her home with owls and skulls, creating a space that was distinctively hers. She loved shoes, purses, and dressing up. She was a great listener, always making time for others and providing both comfort and laughter when needed.
Christina is survived by her devoted and only daughter, Brittany Epley; her father, James Mrozinski Sr.; her oldest brother, James Mrozinski Jr.; her half-brother, Dan Mrozinski; and her half-sister, Toni Mrozinski. She also leaves behind her treasured best friends, Shawna Coffee, Kim Avery and Jody Lynn Lopez (Roberts), who shared in her laughter, adventures, and unwavering friendship. She loved her extended family, even in the times where they were distant or far away. She loved her local LaPorte Polish community.
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Helga Brennan (Siebel), and her baby brother Jerry Mrozinski - both to whom she was utterly devoted and loved more than life itself.
Christina lived life on her own terms, with passion, loyalty, and an infectious zest for fun. Her legacy lives on through the hearts of those she touched, especially her daughter Brittany, who carries forward her mother's capacity for deep love and authentic living. Christina's spirit-bold, loving, and unapologetically herself-will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. Cremation has taken place.
