Lloyd Haverstock

Mr. Lloyd A. Haverstock, 77, of 2601 N. CR 600 E., Rolling Prairie, IN., died Friday March 26, 2004, at 6:10 p.m. at his home. He was born April 1, 1926, in LaPorte, IN., to Archie & Edna Stoner Haverstock, and has lived in the Rolling Prairie area all of his life. Mr. Haverstock was a retired farmer. He was a member of the Sauktown Church of Christ, The Rolling Prairie Masonic Lodge, and the LaPorte Co. Farm Bureau. On Nov. 18, 1945, in Mill Creek, IN., he married Georgiana ?Butch? Hager who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Jim Sue Haverstock of Bloomington, IN., Jack Ronda Haverstock and Tim Becky Haverstock both of Rolling Prairie; three grandsons, Scott Haverstock, Ryan Haverstock, Kyle Haverstock; one granddaughter, Shauna Shannon Barnhart; two step granddaughters, Jessica Orszulak, Kathryn Orszulak; one step grandson, Cory Orszulak; one step great granddaughter, Carlie Metcalf; and one brother, Donald Peg Haverstock of Rolling Prairie, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents. The funeral will be Tuesday, March 30, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. at the Haverstock Funeral Home, LaPorte, with Rev. John Vincent officiating. Friends may call Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. and from 8 a.m. Tuesday until the service. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Mill Creek, IN.
