Mary Parsley

Mrs. Mary E. Presley, age 84, of La Porte, Ind., died 9:45 AM Sunday, September 2, 2007, at LaPorte Hospital in La Porte, Ind. She was born October 3, 1922 in Ober, Ind. to the late Lester Warner and the late Mabel Emigh Warner. Mrs. Presley was a homemaker and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed Bowling and Playing cards. On July 17, 1941 in LaPorte, Ind. she married Dallas L. Presley who preceded in death June 5, 1993. She is survived by her Daughter, Mrs. Judy Tom Elsner of Menomonee Falls, Wis.; Two Sons, Mr. Nolan Kim Presley of La Porte, Ind., Mr. Alvin Mary Presley of Remlap, Ala.; Eight grandchildren; Eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements are being handled by Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc., 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM Tuesday, September 4, 2007 and from 11:00 AM Wednesday until time of the service. Funeral service will be at Haverstock Funeral Home, Inc. at 1:30 PM Wednesday, September 5, 2007, Rev. Ronald A. Brauer officiating. Interment will be at Pine Lake Cemetery in La Porte, Ind.
