Sharon Louise Wilson, age 78, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away on June 15, 2025, at Northwest Health-La Porte. Born on October 4, 1946, Sharon was a dedicated professional in the field of Child Support, contributing significantly to her community over the years.

A high school graduate, Sharon's career was marked by her commitment to helping others, particularly families in need. She took great pride in her work and made a lasting impact on the lives of those she served.

Sharon was known for her homebody nature, finding immense joy in the simple pleasures of life. She had a deep appreciation for the music of the "Middle of the Road" band, often reflecting her love for classic sounds that brought so many cherished memories. Spending time with her family brought her the most happiness, especially during the moments she shared with her grandchildren – Megan, Lauren, Kristen, Izzabella, Briella, Connie, Anthony, and her six great-grandchildren. Her son, Mike (Donita) Rosentreter, and daughter-in-law, Lisa Rosentreter, were also sources of great pride and joy in her life.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Edna, as well as her children, Jeffrey and Debra Morris. While she will be deeply missed by all who knew her, the memories of her love, warmth, and dedication to family will continue to resonate within the hearts of her surviving loved ones.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. The family has chosen cremation.
