Her family loved her "soupy spaghetti and homemade rice and beans" and many more homemade dishes. There was a period that she volunteered at the Kingsford Heights Community Center to assist in serving meals to the community, in which she enjoyed. She loved to go on long country drives with our father and her children to the movies. She loved to shop for hours and to attend church, dance with her friends and watch her White Sox, Cubbies, Tigers, Notre Dame, CNN, MSNBC and Spanish Soaps. She also loved to embroider, patch clothing and read. Mom was very dedicated to her Catholic faith.
