Gloria J. Shreve December 29, 1934-May 25, 2019 Gloria J. Shreve, 84, of La Porte, IN, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019 at Millers Merry Manor in New Carlisle, IN. She was born December 29, 1934 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of Bernard Reuille and Florence (Keyes) Reuille. Gloria enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading harlequin romance novels, word puzzle books, watching television, and loved watching wrestling In La Porte IN, she married Elmer Shreve Sr. who preceded her in death. She is survived by her two daughters, Cynthia (Charles) Allen of La Porte, IN, Rose (Rick) Miner of La Porte, IN; two sons, Timothy Stephens of Stillwell, IN, Elmer (Regina) Shreve of Rolling Prairie, IN; five grandchildren, David (Becky), Lisa (Alan), Erika (Andrew), TJ (Jamie), Jason; seven great-grandchildren, MaKayla, Dawson, Trinity, Brandi, Callie, Jack, Piper, and several great-great-grandchildren. Gloria was preceded in death by both her parents and many brothers and sisters. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 30, 2019, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the First Church of God, 2020 E. Lincolnway, La Porte, IN 46350. A life celebration will be held at First Church of God, Thursday May 30, 2019 at 11:00 am with Rev. Jeff Zigler officiating. Interment will follow at the Pinhook Cemetery, LaPorte, IN.
