Judith K.Weisjohn, 80, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Golden Living Center - Fountainview Terrace in La Porte, IN.

She was born November 21, 1941 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Lloyd Miser and Kathryn (Weliver) Miser.

A lifelong resident of La Porte, Judith graduated from La Porte High School and went on to marry the late Richard Weisjohn, who preceded her in death in 1995. Judith worked as a secretary for a trucking company as well as being a homemaker and caretaker for her mom and aunt.  She was a fabulous cook and her family never left the house hungry. More recently, Judith enjoyed watching reality and talk shows on TV and playing with her dog, Sophie.  For the last ten or so years, she "volunteered" at the I Street Meat market, cashiering, sweeping and just generally being helpful.

Judith is survived by her daughter, Kimberli Miller of Cedar Rapids, IA and her granddaughter, Mindi (Jon) Price of Cedar Rapids, IA.

Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, IN. Cremation will take place, with burial of cremated remains in Pinhook Cemetery next to her husband.
