Regina Lee Worthington July 24, 1929-August 18, 2018 Regina Lee Worthington, 89, of Mill Creek, Indiana, passed away Saturday, August 18, 2018 at her home in Mill Creek, Indiana. She was born July 24, 1929 in La Porte, Indiana, the daughter of the late Arthur McCauley and Ruth (Riley) McCauley. Regina enjoyed taking walks and admiring the birds, nature and flowers. She was an avid animal lover. Most of all, Regina loved motorcycle rides, going as far as Arizona with her husband. Regina previously worked for Kingsley Furniture and for Al's as a hostess. On September 9, 1950, in LaPorte, she married Robert Worthington who preceded her in death in 2015. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Jean (James) Whitlock; granddaughter, Patty (Matt) Drangmeister, grandson, Christopher (Judy) Comeno, along with two great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Regina was preceded in death by her brother, Arthur McCauley, son, Robert Lawrence Worthington, daughter, Ruth Lee Worthington, three sisters, Dorothy, Patricia, and Margaret. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., La Porte, where the family will receive friends Monday, August 27, 2018, beginning at 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. A life celebration will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Swan Lake Mausoleum, Michigan City, Indiana.
