Helpful Notes
- All cremation packages include the standard crematory fee for a deceased person under 300 lbs. Additional crematory charges apply only when the deceased weighs 300 lbs. or more.
- Urn allowances apply toward an urn selected through Haverstock, have no cash value, and may be applied toward an upgraded urn.
- Additional services such as an evening visitation, cemetery/committal service, or post-service café gathering may be added when applicable.
- Cemetery charges and other third-party expenses are not included unless listed.

Honoring Those Who Serve
Professional funeral services are provided at no charge for any active-duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces or first responder who dies in the line of duty. Families are responsible for merchandise, cemetery charges, and other third-party expenses.
Caring for Our Community's Children
Professional funeral home services are provided at no charge for children up to age 17. Families are responsible for merchandise, cemetery or crematory charges, and other third-party expenses when applicable.
Itemized Price List
If you prefer to build your own arrangements, refer to our itemized price list. Any arrangement you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide.
Professional Services
Services of Funeral Director & Staff

Includes 24-hour staff accessibility; general and administrative expenses; arrangements conference; planning, supervising and coordinating service details; securing, preparing and filing necessary permits, certificates, authorizations and consents; clerical and record keeping. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.
Embalming
$850
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a public viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Crematory fee is additional and based on weight as shown below. For direct cremation, an alternative container is required by the crematory. It may be made of fiberboard or composition materials; our Basic Alternative Container is cardboard.

Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home

No ceremonial services. Airfare is additional. Certified copies of the death certificate are available at an additional cost.
International Shipping Administrative Fee

Covers preparation and processing of required international shipping paperwork and coordination with the consulate and apostille. Airfare and all other charges are additional.
Receiving Remains from Another Funeral Home

Includes Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff, arrangement and administrative services, service vehicle, transportation from the airport, shelter of the remains, and local transportation to the final resting place. Does not include ceremonial services, cemetery charges, outer burial container, or casket.
Disinterment: Funeral Director fee

Includes Funeral Director services for all required documentation with local and state offices and obtaining necessary permits. No merchandise or cash advance items are included in this fee.
